When I have plants to sell, one of these pictures will show a sign; the quantity for sale noted with a sharpie marker on a colored dot (green dot indicates its in a 7 gallon pot for $30). Clicking the picture will open a larger version that can be saved as wallpaper or studied more closely.

The other picture will have a close up of the flower probably held in my hand, a closeup showing a group of pots with the sides close enough to read (I note crop information on the side of the pot with a paint pen), or just a picture of a single plant that demonstrates the average size of all of the plants of that variety.

If the quantity I have for sale is noted on a green dot its in a 7 gallon pot for $30, yellow is in a 15 gallon for $50, red in a 25 gallon for $100. On a white dot or directly on the white surface of the sign indicates that its still in a 3 gallon pot as of that date (and may not be for sale yet) but will soon be transplanted into a 7 gallon (if rooted cuttings there are usually several planted together in a 3 gallon). Most of our plants are in 7 gallon with just one or two in larger pots that I can use to propagate from.

Blueberry bushes are usually sold in a 3 gallon pot for $10 each.

Watch for changes in these inventory pictures every few months our winter inventory in the January picture-newsletter (with no foliage), the spring inventory during May 1 to 15 May 16 to 31 (at flowering time) or June 1 to 7 June 8 to 14 June 15 to 21 June 22 to 30 for roses, the fall inventory in October November (with fruit or decorative fall foliage).

When I have plants to sell the sign will be so close you wont see the plants but can easily determine how many I have for sale (noted with a sharpie marker) and the date the picture was taken.

Itry to take pictures so you can read the sign in the foreground but still the plants in the background. Sometimes thats not possible and I just take a closeup of the sign (you can always examine pictures of the crop in one of the inventories).

If the picture shows the house I probably dont have a picture of the plants yet. Check again in May and reload the page in case your computer has it cached.

My nursery is operated by professional growers and friends. I have tried to make the inventory process easy to do without any paperwork.
