Similar to a slide show, I add more comments, pictures and hyperlinks frequently throughout APRIL (with the most recent additions added at the top) before I start another similar page the following month. Click on the picture and it may open a larger version with more detail. After planting plants I take a picture of the inventory label (yellow) and variety label.

I save them using the inventory number followed by the variety name (usually), unless I screw up. The one above should be saved as 11164furstinvonpless.jpg. Later when I take a picture of it flowering, the flower picture will overwrite the label picture and you'll know its for sale unless I only have one left in which case I'll probably repot into a larger pot and save it for propagation.
